爛掉的浴室門 （想拉上然後一拉就整衹掉出來….）、淤塞的去水位、牆上死掉的蚊子、有尿漬的馬桶、洗手盤有上個租客遺留下來的肥皀、洗漱杯子全是漬、洗漱杯子下的紙墊子是濕透後變乾的皺皺的痕跡 = 根本沒換新…. 酒店的衞生情況實在堪憂，很難相信在舉辦這麼多大型展覽的會議中心附近竟然有如此的酒店…. 如非必要 / 沒其他酒店了，請不要來住…. 除了前台服務態度很友善和距離會展中心真的很近之外，其他的點真的很不ok…. p.s. 一到晚上整條走廊都是超級濃烈的煙味….

位置：酒店位置很便利，離會展中心就隔一條馬路，5分鐘左右可以步行到沙灘。 環境：酒店衹有2層，沒有電梯，房間內部設施陳舊，像10幾年前的裝修（看得出曾是用心裝修過的老錢風酒店）。房間內層高很低，最多2m。最低處的橫樑估計距地不到1.8m。 房間：還好前台小哥給我升級到二樓房間，二樓不靠馬路那面對着一個停車場，窗外有個牆擋着，採光、通風都不好 一樓的房間可能會更加陰暗。。。 差評的點：房間裏有一股通風不足的捂味。馬桶附近有很濃烈的尿騷味。衞生如照片。衣架上還有不知道哪位住客遺留的單衹襪子。。還好床鋪是乾淨的。

服務：前台小哥非常nice，按備註要求沒有給我首尾房，挑了一個安靜的房間，雖然臨街但住的兩晚確實很安靜 衞生：房間很整潔，衞生間很乾凈，床單被罩沒有發現污漬、異物 設施：無電梯，但前台小哥有空的話會幫忙提行李，設施相對舊一些，但是夠用 強烈推薦在會展出差或看演出的人羣入住，距離近價格相對較低！！！

去參加廈門馬拉松，順便帶我家老爺子遊玩一圈。“撿漏”撿到了一家寶貝酒店！房間整潔、交通方便、設施完善、就在比賽起終點旁幾百米。酒店老闆非常熱心、熱情，連打掃房間衞生的大姐都很熱情。原本房費不包含早餐，老闆為馬拉松比賽參賽選手的房間按人數（衹要有一人是參賽選手即可）都貼心準備了豐盛的早餐，非常體貼。退房時間也很靈活，衹要是有選手入住，都不會催促退房。老闆有句話講得好：廈門人從不會催跑馬的人退房。挺感動的！祝老闆生意興隆！

房間的空間還是比較大的，有一個放茶具的圓桌和一個寫字桌。房間有窗，而且是臨街，但是屋子裡麪可能之前有人抽過煙味道比較大，所以有一個新風系統一直開着才行。  地理位置特別好，就在會展中心旁邊離海邊也很近。 但是晚上車子和樓下的聲音特別容易聽到，如果是睡眠不太好的建議讓前台幫忙換不靠大街的房間。 前台的服務很一般，總體來説入住體驗還可以三顆星。我們是提前預訂的，這個價格比當天定房間還要高90元。差價很大
