Before checking in, I specifically called the owner to inquire about delivery services: could takeout be delivered upstairs, and would it be convenient to get a taxi after checking out the next day? The owner confidently replied that takeout could be delivered upstairs, and that Didi (a ride-hailing app) was very convenient. However, when I arrived at the so-called self-built house yesterday, it wasn't a guesthouse at all; it was just a rural self-built house with the kind of decor from the 1950s and 60s. The kettle outlet was almost a meter away from the table, making it impossible to boil water. I ordered takeout online, but the delivery driver didn't even come upstairs, and didn't send a message when he arrived; he just left it in the elevator, making me search for the delivery several floors. When I tried to get a Didi to check out this morning, no one accepted the order for half an hour—it was terrible! There was no charging outlet near the bed, and I was woken up by mosquitoes in the middle of the night; there wasn't even a basic mosquito coil. Also, the walls weren't made of cement bricks or tiles; they were just partitions, and you could hear everything the neighbors were saying. I honestly don't understand how this place got so many good reviews. It's garbage, garbage, absolutely garbage.
