酒店就在集美學村的嘉庚路上拐進去，位置非常好，還有免費停車場。離集美小學，中學，大學，陳嘉庚故居都很近，步行五分鐘，附近有很多小吃店，離萬達廣場1.5公里，離地鐵站也1.5公里左右。房間寬敞，設施是比較傳統的酒店，畢竟多年老店，床墊不軟不硬，枕頭一厚一薄，很舒服。早餐算比較齊全的，牛奶豆漿，粥，春捲，青菜，包子饅頭雞蛋都有，服務非常好。

安靜，景區中的一片凈土，晚上門口租個電動車騎行風景很美，離景區近 。這個應該是自然資源的定點賓館，各方面還不錯。

服務很好。延遲退房到下午兩點。房間設計是老舊了些，早餐也一般。但相對來説性價比還是不錯的。集美學村是值得來看看的。

鬧中取靜的酒店，在集美學村附近。前一天在廈大附近定了一個LOFT，結果環境太差，衹有一個衞生間，而且一晚上瘋狂跳閘。臨時攜程上找到了這家。
酒店房間不小，估計得有快30平，是老式裝修風格但很乾凈整潔，向陽麪窗户外還種有三角梅。辦理入住的前台小姐姐在春節遊客暴多的情況下，還給我們安排了兩個挨着的房間（●v●）
我們帶了長者出行，隨身帶了簡易輪椅🦽不過在前兩天輪椅一個螺絲掉了，怕之後兩天不安全，就抱着試一試的心態找到了酒店前台。前台瞭解後，通知了工程部經理（好像姓徐），經理帶着我們下去工具間給安好了螺釘，還給我們了另一套作為備用。非常人善耐心！
