1. Request for non smoking room. End up with cigarettes smell room.

Apart from the good location, there is no other good hotel. Poor attitude of service staff. Security guards, like the police, see everyone like a thief. He stares at you, as if he is afraid that you will steal his things. The guy at the front desk talks like you owe him money. Will never stay in a hotel like this again.
