10：30到的，還沒有房間，等到12點才辦入住，接待人員比較冷淡，基本不在前台，有人退房她也沒出來。這裡是跟月子中心一起的，他穿的有點像護士，也不知道她是不是前台，有一個像是老闆的，也很冷淡，基本不理人。第二天前台換了一個人，那個人還挺好。房間很大，光線很暗，被子有味道，空調製熱效果不太好，床很硬，是彈簧的，旁邊人一動，另一個人感覺很明顯，夜裡起來幾次逗清清楚楚。這個🛏️還不保暖，越睡越涼。根本睡不好。地理位置還好，離廈大和寺廟很近，就是在山上，很多上下坡，不好走。

設施：房間佈局合理，入門有屏風，背後是床。衞生間、洗手枱、淋浴間是三處分開的，很好。有洗衣機和乾衣機。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店位置在小山丘上，距離思明南路步行大約10分鐘。環境安靜，所在樓宇也是月子中心。有一片空地和泳池。
服務：高效不打擾

免費升級了房型，很安靜，房間設計的也很有特色，地理位置也很好，離廈大衹有一站路，植物園也很近，服務人員也很熱情，很值得推薦，升級的房間還帶個小露台

院子環境很清幽，院子裏擺着桌椅還可以賞月，房間挺大，洗臉池位置很寬敞，衹是房間裏床鋪旁邊的大浴缸很佔位置，如果使用浴缸房間會很潮濕，不實用；衞生間天花板發黴了；最好最重要的一點是院子裏有個泳池，泳池裡有艘透明的小船，小朋友非常喜歡劃那艘小船，玩得樂不思蜀，衹要有小船，下回還想再住這裏，希望一定要保留住這艘小船，給小朋友增添了很多樂趣！

住宿體驗最差的一次了，首先是當晚入住電視開不了，前台來了三次開完會過一會就黑屏；由於當晚入住較晚就直接睡了，第二天仔細看了下房間，牆壁裂了好幾條縫，天花板各種裂，粘了好多膠帶；衞生間有蟲子；掛在平台上的圖片陽台外邊是天空，我們實際入住的陽台正對着一面牆壁陽台左外側是走廊，陽台直對着衞生間，衞生間是透明的；房間地板衞生極差，床上物品有污物。第二天反饋到前台，前台衹是嗯了一下。事後投訴給平台之後，商家也衹是給打了電話問了一下然後沒有任何的歉意表示，也沒有任何整改的想法，很敷衍的衹是問了一下哪些問題。強烈不推薦這家，我當時入住203房間。
