The hotel service attitude is very good, the front desk upgrades the room for free, the service quality is also high, and it is tight and orderly. There are many dining options around, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the road in front of the door is under construction, which makes it inconvenient to go to the beach. In addition, the sound insulation of the guest room is a bit poor, and you can hear the sound of the shower next door at night.

Very good service attitude, from getting off the car to sending luggage to the room, everything is impeccable. The hotel also provides different pillows and mattresses to choose from. The unconventional interior design can give people a bright feeling in the same level of hotel.

I have been to Xiamen many times and stayed in many old five-star hotels, but this is the first time I have received such warm service. All I saw were warm smiles and greetings, especially from the front desk lady Xiaolan. Such sincere service is rare. The room was of average five-star standard, with a first-class sea view. Xiamen was foggy these two days, like a dream...

In Xiamen in April, the sea breeze was wrapped in moisture, but the moment I entered the revolving door of Yuantian Hotel, I was ironed by a wisp of elegant fragrance. The girls at the front desk were as light as egrets, and they said "hello" three times as softly as jade. Their fingertips fluttered on the keyboard like butterflies. Before the cold-brewed Tieguanyin in the cup was finished, the room card had quietly fallen into my palm. What's even better is the "silent consideration" - seeing the corner of my clothes stained with rain, they turned around and handed me a tissue; seeing that the battery of my mobile phone was running out, the power bank had silently slid to the table, and even asking was redundant. The guy at the concierge seemed to carry the soul of this island. When he woke up in the morning, he leaned against the white counter and asked with a smile: "Do you want to follow the sound of the piano on Gulangyu Island today, or find the old tea stall in Shapowei?" With just a few words, the hand-drawn map was filled with hidden corners that only locals know: the sunset viewing platform that avoids the crowds, the peanut soup that has been simmered on grandma's stove for forty years... In the evening, a rainstorm suddenly hit, and he "conjured" an umbrella with blue and white porcelain patterns from behind the screen. When the umbrella ribs were opened, the slanting rain became the ding-dong of the strings. When leaving the hotel, the suitcase was tied with a heartwarming gift, like an unopened invitation. The service here is the spring breeze in the corners of the front desk, the mountains and seas held in the palm of the concierge, and the thousands of customs of Ludao are brewed into a warm tea for travelers. If Xiamen is a poem, Tianyuan is the most suitable footnote.

It was my first time staying at Tianyuan Hotel. I told them that I was staying there because of my birthday. The front desk was very considerate and arranged the birthday decorations. They also helped me upgrade the room. I will choose Tianyuan Hotel as my first choice next time. The housekeeper Xiao Luo was very considerate in solving the problem!
