條件特別差，房子小，很臟，房子洗手枱浴室地面都是大片陳年污漬，床具不衞生很癢，臨街很吵，甚至還有蚊子，過年臨時訂的，價格比平常翻了四五倍奇貴無比，體驗特別差

1. 設施殘舊，部分有破損和發霉，而且不太乾淨
2. 沒有一次性的拖鞋提供，而提供的廁紙只是很小卷，一次就用完，沐浴露也是份量很少，差點不夠用
3. 不會有人收拾房間，前台說要告訴她們才會去收拾，結果我告訴了，但也是沒有人去收拾房間
4. 還有就是隔音超級超級差，因為唯一的小窗是開向走廊，半夜三點還有有人要房，好像又換房間，吵了很久
唯一優點只是價錢便宜，但我寧願多付五六十塊，環境就會好多了

春節假期來的，訂的時候比較了很多廈門的民宿和酒店，性價比算是最高的。
空調有暖風，地理位置也十分方便，從機場坐公交機場專線直接到，去碼頭，沙灘坐公交地鐵也都很方便
房間也很乾凈，防盜鏈好評！
