Tegoo Hotel

Very satisfied with my business trip stay. The hotel's convenient location made getting around for work a breeze. The room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Definitely my top choice for business travel.

The room was comfortable, and the thoughtful late-night snack was a pleasant surprise. The value for money is outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I accidentally left some clothes in the room, and the housekeeping staff immediately notified the front desk upon discovery. They even thoughtfully placed my clothes in a separate bag and put it on top of my checked luggage, informing me right away when I picked it up! This is truly five-star service, and it's incredibly touching!

Located right at Zhenhai Road subway station, next to Zhongshan Road, it's super convenient for getting around. The service was excellent and very thoughtful – big thanks to the staff! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the environment was very quiet. They even provided two complimentary breakfasts, which were delicious!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the elevator attendant. I was also very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade to a sea-view room. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring many authentic Fujian delicacies like peanut soup, misua paste, satay noodles, manjian (fried steamed cake), and fried spring rolls.

The lobby layout is fantastic, and the room was spotless. The assistant manager at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and really made my experience excellent.

From the lobby to post-stay service, everything was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. Any request was immediately addressed. We could even park for free after checking out, which was great. The room was clean, soundproof, and had a beautiful view.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the pedestrian street, and offering views of Gulangyu Island across the sea! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted quite good! The afternoon tea was also very pleasant!

Service: Absolutely delighted! Especially friendly and understanding towards guests with children, very empathetic and accommodating. They met every request. Facilities: No laundry room, which I understand given current concerns about cross-contamination. Also, one side of the drying rack was broken; perhaps this could be checked. Thirdly, if there's a bathtub, could bath bags be provided? Fourth, it would be even better if there was a robot; it would save guests from having to go downstairs for takeaways and such. Cleanliness: Very clean and no strange odors. Environment: This is definitely one of the best value-for-money choices for tourists. It's close to Zhongshan Walking Street, China City, Xiamen University, Twin Towers, Heping Wharf, and the Ferry Terminal. It's an excellent option for business guests, families, and couples. Great value, convenient transportation, and everything you need is easily accessible. It's also near top-tier hospitals (Maternity and Children's Hospital, First Hospital). I really love it and will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in Xiamen city center, very convenient for getting around, and within walking distance to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The housekeeping staff were polite, and the room was relatively clean, but the facilities are outdated. The toilet flush button was very difficult to use and even broke once, requiring a repairman in the middle of the night. The rooms are very close to each other, so soundproofing isn't great. Breakfast offered a good variety, but some of the fried food had a stale, rancid smell. It would be great if the front desk receptionists were more professional.
