Xianglu Grand Hotel

This is a great hotel, and this is my second time staying here. I stayed here before for a conference and had a good experience. This time, I came with my family, and they all loved it too. We'll definitely be back!

The service attitude was excellent, and the hotel environment was comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Very satisfied, really great, will return again!

The hotel is quite spacious, and so is the lobby. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a plaza right next door with plenty of dining options, and a Metro supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Came on the eighth day of the ***** new year, and they upgraded my room! This trip to Xiamen showed me that a 5-star hotel can actually be synonymous with 'value for money.' Just look at the pictures – it was only 200 yuan. Great review, absolutely worth every penny.

The rooms used to be quite high-end, and the hotel itself is large with Wanda Plaza right behind it, offering plenty of places to explore. However, it's showing its age a bit now. We booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one wasn't working – I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot. When I called customer service, they said it was a central heating system and couldn't be adjusted. I suspect the pipes haven't been cleaned in a long time. The cleanliness was okay, though. But honestly, I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

The hotel grounds are expansive, and parking is free. The rooms are great, with views of planes taking off and landing. If you're visiting Xiamen, this large international hotel is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was super comfortable and the price was fantastic. There's even a Spring Festival market in the middle of the lobby, and the Wanda Plaza right outside is super convenient for shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen!

Booked this last minute without much thought, just saw the price was ¥488 and thought it was acceptable. When I got there, I realized it's a huge hotel. My room was on the inner courtyard side, so the window was just for show. The facilities are a bit dated. It's quite a distance from中山 Road Pedestrian Street. The breakfast was decent, but ¥88 is a bit pricey.

We stayed here with our family and had a good experience overall. The room was spacious and well-lit. Xiao Yan at the front desk was incredibly warm and patient during check-in, even giving candy to our kids and upgrading us to a room with better lighting. We were quite comfortable during our stay. The room came with two complimentary breakfasts. Since we had an early flight the next day, I asked the front desk to pack our breakfast when checking out. However, they didn't handle it very well, telling me I had to go to the restaurant first. Because we were rushing for our flight, I didn't press the issue. I hope the hotel can improve its service in this area.
