Marco Polo Xiamen

The facilities, as far as I can tell, are well-maintained. The hygiene is top-notch, truly five-star standard. The environment is beautifully designed and very grand, as you can see from the pictures. The service is exceptional; they are very responsive and polite.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The view was fantastic, and it's super close to 'Coffee Street.' The front desk even upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends next time they're in town. Marco Hotel offers great value for money!

My overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being right next to the city hall area, which made getting around for business incredibly convenient. The surrounding transport network is well-developed, making daily commutes and travel hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. They were friendly and polite, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The executive lounge had an elegant and tranquil vibe, with a clean and comfortable environment, creating a great atmosphere for relaxation. The food selection was rich and comprehensive, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The hot and cold dishes, drinks, and snacks were well-balanced, catering to popular preferences. The dining experience was superb. Overall, every aspect was satisfying, making this hotel my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The environment is elegant, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the service attitude is excellent. This time, I was able to use Ctrip points to offset the room fee and even got a free upgrade to a lake view suite, which was fantastic! 👍

Over the past decade or so, I've stayed at several Marco Polo hotels in various cities, but this was my first time at the Xiamen property. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Xiamen Island, and it's right next to Yuandang Lake and Citizens Park, with a lovely lakeside fitness trail surrounded by lush greenery. The room amenities are excellent, and the restaurant offers a very rich selection of food, especially the local favorites like Shacha noodles and 'Mianxian paste' (vermicelli paste) – highly recommended!

An old-school five-star hotel in Xiamen. The location is great, right by Yuandang Lake with nice views. It's also conveniently located next to a metro station and bus stop. The room was good, had all the essentials, and the staff were attentive and polite.
