The moment you step out of the car and into the hotel, you're greeted by a wonderfully pleasant scent that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The front desk staff are also exceptional; they're always ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. I had such a fantastic night's sleep – it was truly amazing. I almost missed out on this great hotel!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I still encountered something that really bothered me. Luckily, I brought disposable bed sheets. When I was making the bed, I found the second pillow was dirty. Trying to be optimistic, I thought maybe it had been changed but was just stained and not properly washed. Although the staff replaced the pillow, it still really grossed me out, and I barely slept all night. It was incredibly unsettling.

The location is excellent. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the scent in the lobby was delightful. The service center on the phone gave us a lot of great recommendations for food and travel tips. Overall, it was a fantastic trip to Xiamen. I'll definitely choose Pullman Xiamen Powerlong again next year. Thumbs up!

Restaurant hostess wasn’t very friendly. Room was kind of old. There wasn’t a coffee shop or lounge. You had to go outside. Overall it was ok but expected more than was given
