Worth the cost. Small room with basic amenities. Good location, but suitable for single or business travellers. Constantly improving. Have great food options nearby.

Close to Xiamen port, clean and friendly staff. The room facing main road is a bit noisy.

Good as expected. Value for price. Toilet can be a little wet as the shower door cannot be closed properly. Overall is good.

First of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. It was great.

Room and bedding were very clean and the bed was comfortable although the room was a little bit jaded. Breakfast was just ok, no tea or coffee or western selection and food was cold. Lovely fish pond but could do with a good clean. All in all, for the price an OK place to stop for a few nights

The service provided by Xiao Wang at the hotel front desk was very good. The formalities were handled quickly and satisfactorily. He also upgraded our suite at night, making this trip very pleasant.

A must-stay hotel before going to Gulangyu Island. The price-performance ratio is super high, the service is good, the breakfast is rich, the transportation is convenient, the sleep is very quiet at night, the hygiene is clean, the dry and wet are separated, there are a lot of tissues, the baby is too wasteful of paper, I think this is a big advantage, the slippers are comfortable to wear. There are also spare quilts in the closet, one bed for each of two people is just right, and it is a 13-minute walk from Dongdu Wharf, very close.

The hotel is in a great location. Walk left onto the overpass and it takes about 12 minutes to reach the Dongdu Ferry Terminal. But the room is quite small. It is not 28 square meters as stated on the platform, but at most 20 square meters. The front desk staff is not very enthusiastic, which is obviously different from the previous hotel. However, Xiao Wu's service was good on the day of check-in.

Xiao Wu and Xiao Sun provided thoughtful service. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. We checked in on New Year's Eve and were given souvenirs. If you want to go to Gulangyu, it is very close to Dongdu Wharf and you can walk there.

Metro Line 2 is just across the overpass. The next morning, I had the hotel's buffet breakfast and headed to the pier. It's very close to the Xiamen Ferry Terminal. The service attitude is good. Xiamen is suitable for migratory birds. Winter is warm as spring~~^_^

The service provided by Xiao Xu and Xiao Wang at the front desk is very good. There is also an uncle at the security office who will help receive express deliveries. He is very serious and responsible. There is also a bathing pool at the door with beautiful goldfish.
