This is a great hotel , people here is warm and helpful! Amenities provided are great! We love to come back again !

We are three families with kids, and we have spent three nights in this hotel. We enjoyed it despite the fact that it was raining during these days. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is various with large choice of dishes. At the evening we used to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food is really amazing there. There is also a nice children space and the swimming pool. We highly reccommend the island and the hotel.

Great breakfast. Facilities are a bit old. Rooms are not big but comfortable enough for a one-night stay.

Shuttle pick up service is good. Nice and clean room. Great breakfast!

I especially like the hotel staff! The housekeeper Xiao Xu arranged the shuttle bus in advance. Since I asked about the sea view the day before, he also helped me upgrade the room so that I could have a slight view. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu! The shuttle bus driver was also very good. When I checked in, the front desk was a little busy and didn't know where the room was. He helped to lead the way. Thumbs up 👍🏻. The hotel is in a very good location, with complete facilities and can pick up from the pier. The breakfast is also rich and the rest is very good. I will come again if I have the chance. I can also do laundry and there is a swimming pool inside.

The view from the room is great and the facilities are relatively new. The staff has a very good service attitude. The hotel manager Wang Shuo added WeChat to make an appointment for pick-up and drop-off service, as well as travel guides. The hotel driver, Master Zheng, helped with the luggage and lifted the wheelchair for the elderly with limited mobility.

It is really comfortable to come to Gulangyu Island in the off-season. This hotel looks very nice on the platform. I didn't expect that they would contact me one day in advance. Neicuoao Pier shuttle bus to the hotel (reservation is required at least 2 hours in advance): The one who picked us up was Master Zheng, a very responsible brother. I stayed in Xiamen for 4 nights next time, and the most satisfactory breakfast was here. The trip to Xiamen specifically chose to stay in Gulangyu for one night, so that I could listen to the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night. After arriving at Neicuoao Pier, the hotel had a car to pick me up. If I was still at Neicuoao Pier when I left, the hotel could still send me there. When leaving the island, the hotel can also send you to the wharf at any time. 2️⃣ The accommodation conditions are very comfortable! The room is spacious and separated from wet and dry, and beautiful welcome fruits are given. There are refrigerators, umbrellas, electric mosquito swatters, electric mosquito coils, floral water, and self-service laundry rooms. The buffet breakfast is very rich and there is a sea view restaurant. The hotel also has a beautiful large swimming pool, but it is not open in winter.
