房间布局和照片相符，房东沟通热情有效，位置好，不远处就是地铁站，楼下六意有早餐，挺丰富的，旁边就宝龙一城商场，吃喝玩乐挺齐全的，离海边10分钟车程，离曾厝垵猫街20分钟左右

房東人很好 也很好溝通 就是衞生方面 拖鞋可以換成一次性拖鞋會比較好 客廳茶几的地毯有一點點臟 其他性價比都蠻好的

衞生衹能説是中規中矩 不是非常乾淨 也不能説很臟 就那樣吧 關於服務態度是真的挺有問題的 我在預訂前就提前打電話詢問 是否可以一點前入住 老闆當時説如果在我入住前沒有人住 那是肯定沒有問題的 我就説 因為我有特殊情況 我可以晚上不住 但是我必須在一點前入住 然後老闆説沒問題 讓我直接預訂就可以了 第二天十二點三十到了 老闆説房間要到兩點之後才能入住 跟老闆電話理論了一番 老闆就非常生氣 説你不要再説啦 我免費給你升個兩房還不行嗎 態度極其不耐煩 其實這些事情本來都是可以避免的 歸根結底衹是老闆對於我的需求沒有放在心上 沒有提前安排好才會出現這些問題

房東小姐姐人超nice有耐心，公寓很安靜 停車也非常方便。房子很大也很漂亮，設施都很齊全。誇一誇一樓衞生間的暖光燈. 照的人太好看了～～～

衞生情況如上一個評價所説，當時沒怎麼在意，雖然每次都有打掃衞生更換床單，但是感覺到處都是灰塵，沙發也是很吸灰的那種，但是老闆很好，會安排人來處理，但是還是住的感覺很難受，小夥伴全程過敏，反正長經驗了，以後要麼住酒店，要麼民宿是那種和老闆共住的，專門為接待客人打造的民宿，尤其在旅遊城市，房間設施還有舒適度怎麼都是怪怪的。
