Amazing service, place and location - lots of eateries around - try the beef noodle, dumpling and seafood restaurants nearby - location is close to the Zhong Shan Park, near the cafes that are popular with tourists. The nearest bus stop is only 8 minutes away on foot.

If you are looking for travel like a local, I would recommend this place instead of going to a high rise building hotel. Location itself is pretty convenient for food and nice dessert shop nearby. Host is very kind and helpful. Room's nice and cozy. If there is any chance to be in Xiamen, this place will be my first choice.

Good value for money. Service efficient. Quiet, comfortable bed, good shower. Walking distance to ferry to Gulangyu (ca. 20min) My room had a mezzanine and a small sitting area, so quite spacious The house itself is a beautuful old villa. Would stay again.

Great location in the center of the city. Our room had a large balcony to the street, it was nice to listen to the city life and voices from below. Our driver that took us to the Tulou told us this beautiful house used to be the People's Court of Xiamen - and it definitely feels like a place with a history. It has a small café downstairs, and friendly staff, who gave us some tea as a farewell gift. The only thing we didn't like was the aircon that was a bit too cold and we didn't find a way to regulate it in the room.

Friendly owner gave us insert repellent. We didn't know how crazy the mosquitoes were and that insert repellent saved us. My sons love double storey room . but just need to be careful with young kids.

I stayed 3 days. I liked the location because it was close to Zhongshan Road. And the reception staff was so friendly. The room was a bit cold but it wasn't a big problem. Thanks to the friendly staff and cost-effective accommodations, I made good memories with my friends. I recommend it to Korean friends like me.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa n°68. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and it is very well located. The room was great but a little humid. If we come again to Xiamen, we will definitely stay here again.

This B&B is really beautiful! I didn't take photos anywhere else in Xiamen, but I did here! And it's very close to every business district. I walked to other places except Shapowei! The service attitude is also very good. When I came, they helped me carry my luggage upstairs, and solved any problems in time! Maybe it's because it's close to the business district, the takeaways arrived very quickly. The most important thing is that the B&B is next to the police station! ! People like me who travel alone feel very safe. If I come to Xiamen next time, I will choose here again! ! !

The villa is a building from the Republic of China period. I saw that the owner spent a lot of time designing it. The room is full of the style of the Republic of China. Great. The villa is located in Siming District, the center of Xiamen. The transportation is very convenient. There are many delicious foods nearby. It is also close to the beach. The location is excellent. I stayed for three days and had a good experience with the big bed on the balcony. I recommend everyone to stay in a room with a balcony. It is very good. The overall style is retro. It is very close to the surroundings and very convenient. You can go shopping in the Eight Markets at night. It is not far to walk. There are many delicious food nearby.
