在廈門這麼久，頭一次住這麼離譜的電競酒店，位置在集美萬達金街，離着大學很近，是因為消費羣體是的學生，所以就可以這麼做是嗎，主機板沒有蓋蓋子，上面落得灰塵厚厚一層，風扇積滿灰塵，這一開機房間得什麼樣子。房間裏的杯子我想請問，弄成這樣可以擺在水壺旁邊？杯底和杯壁污垢成這個樣子，不捨的換新的，那不能洗乾淨嗎？沙發上有不明捲曲毛髮，沙發邊有不知道是個什麼東西，打掃也沒有清理掉，就擺在那裡。還夾雜着之前客人用的紙巾也在那裡，現在就算網吧，也不至於衞生做成樣子吧，島內pk也住過幾次，也沒這麼離譜過，加上晚上這附近是在施工還是怎麼樣，晚上12點施工，店家也沒有去反饋為什麼晚上擾民，房間隔音也很差。以至於晚上也沒有在這裏睡，第二天過來退房的時候，我像前台反應了一下問題，希望能有一個好的解決方案。前台衹是讓我加了一下店裡微信，發過去圖片，你們去處理店裡的客房部門跟我是沒有關係的，面前的事情沒有解決好，在發生客訴時不應該第一時間解決消費者的問題嗎。我不清楚這樣子的酒店如何能在OTA平台做到5.0 4.6的，評價返現了？真是挺**的。🙂
