Our family stayed at the Shangri-La Xiamen and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! A special thanks to Yulia, who thoughtfully shared hotel information and Xiamen travel tips in advance, proactively helped us book a parent-child beach foraging activity, and even carefully arranged baby food, addressing all our concerns about traveling with a little one. Irene attentively asked about our experience during check-in and check-out, providing warm, thorough, and responsive service. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with excellent facilities for families with children, and it's very close to the beach. The beach foraging activity was also great, and the kids had an absolute blast. The warm and meticulous service throughout made our stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free. It's truly perfect for a family trip, highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back for our next visit to Xiamen!

The room was clean and tidy. We got a room upgrade, and there were welcome fruits. The cleaning staff was meticulous and thoughtful. The facilities were advanced and complete, and the environment felt cozy and upscale.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive and elegant. Most of the staff are warm and attentive, though a few had less than ideal attitudes. The lounge's tea, drinks, and meals deserve a 100-point rating. The only minor flaw was finding hair on the bedsheets in the room, and the problem persisted even after switching rooms. The cleaning lady and the lounge duty manager were very thoughtful.

Xiamen Shangri-La is our top choice for a family vacation in Xiamen! The warm service from two staff members was a huge bonus. Irene was incredibly helpful in booking a popular restaurant for us, proactively coordinating seating and dining details with them, making it easy for us to enjoy delicious local Minnan cuisine. Upon check-in, Yulia sent us a detailed travel guide with a clear and practical itinerary for local attractions. At check-out, they kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which perfectly eased the rush of traveling with kids. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Any request was quickly addressed. From dining and sightseeing to check-out, the entire experience was worry-free. The service was gentle yet professional, and we had a great stay!

Huge thanks to Yulia for her professional care during our stay. The hotel's pool and gym are top-notch, and the complimentary sailing experience was a real highlight. The sea view for sunrise is absolutely stunning. All the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Overall, the entire stay was excellent value for money.

Our stay at Shangri-La Xiamen was absolutely perfect! A special thank you to Yulia and Irene, two amazing staff members. Before our arrival, Yulia proactively contacted me to provide a detailed overview of the hotel's parent-child activities and a hair accessory photo shoot event, which she then helped us book – it was incredibly helpful. The service during our stay was also very thoughtful. Nearing check-out, as we had a small baby with us, Yulia kindly helped me request a late check-out, which really solved a travel dilemma for me. Her demeanor was gentle and patient throughout. Ms. Irene also thoughtfully and thoroughly answered many of our questions during our stay and even gave me a souvenir. The hotel's environment, room cleanliness, and facilities were all impeccable. Coupled with the warm and professional service from these two staff members, our entire trip was exceptionally comfortable. Our little one also loved the hotel's kids' club and continued to play there for a while after check-out. Next time we visit Xiamen, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Brought the kids here for a beach-combing activity and they absolutely loved it! Our butler, Yulia, was fantastic – she allowed us a late checkout and even gave us a souvenir, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk. They even provide kids' toiletries and sand-digging tools in the room.

We stayed in a suite with executive lounge access, and the daily menu varied, which was a nice touch. It was super convenient for the kids' dinners as well. The hotel's environment was clean and tidy, and the staff provided attentive service. There's an indoor kids' play area where my child had a blast, though we didn't have time to try the pool. The location is excellent, right next to Guanyinshan Beach, and Huangcuo Beach is also very close by. It's perfect for a beach vacation with kids, and overall, we had a great experience.

Super close to the beach! Our housekeeper Yulia was very attentive and gave us great recommendations for attractions and snacks in Xiamen. The room was also very clean and tidy. The kids absolutely loved the fabric-themed decor. The beach foraging activity was a lot of fun, and we really appreciate the guide's help!

This isn't a resort-style Shangri-La. The room was a bit small, but the service was decent. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, and breakfast was alright. They offered quite a few complimentary services. Overall, it was okay.

Irene provided excellent service and gave us some really thoughtful travel tips. Our room had a great location, and the bridge construction didn't bother us at all. Being close to the airport was a huge plus, no worries about rushing for our flight. The kids loved the beachcombing activity and even caught a small crab, getting their feet wet in the sea was a highlight. The hotel's own playground also kept them very entertained. Overall, it was a fantastic trip!
