The suite comes with complimentary daily afternoon tea at the 25 floor Lounge, service at the lounge were superb, with staffs able to address the guests by their names. Jamie, were very friendly and she helped me to arrange the courier service to deliver a package, thanks Jamie. This is my 2nd stay at the Langham in the last 3 months. Both experiences were good. The Langham has been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Xiamen.
