I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

Close to the airport, but not fully walkable. A taxi is probably still preferred to get to. I believe if you contact the hotel in advance to ask you can find out more about getting a shuttle - it's somewhat easier to go to the airport from the hotel than going from the airport to the hotel. This is the somewhat 'budget' version of the other Fliport hotels. Hotel rooms are clean enough, with a decent buffet breakfast. There is a pool, gym and very small kids play area. Staff are friendly; somewhat minimal English spoken (if that is a concern). More of a stopover hotel to be near the hotel than a hotel to properly stay and enjoy at.

Sheraton Xiamen blew all expectations! What an amazingly relaxing and enjoyable stay it was. The team members are exceptional. Carrie especially gave wonderful advice on exploring the art districts, Bruce was swift with essential ferry information, and Jason was cheerful in sharing locations of coffee shops and parks. The Sheraton team are thoughtful and passionate, I was amazed by the warmth at this hotel. Beautiful scenery surrounds the location and it is easy to arrive at the major destinations that many people come to Xiamen to see. The grounds, in which the hotel stands, are vibrant with plantations and trees, making the area a wonderful finishing point for evening walks. The rooms are inviting, clean and comfortable. The facilities, overall, were much better than expected. There is a sauna, which was a surprise, I missed that detail in booking. Gym equipment is new and runs smoothly, it seems the pool is much enjoyed by families and solo people alike. I did not eat at the hotel, but I could clearly see there is a great deal of choice on offer at the buffet breakfast. When I revisit Xiamen I will gladly return to the Sheraton Xiamen.

Rich service facilities, friendly staff, comfortable apartments, and the children enjoyed their stay. The bathroom was a bit in a condition during the stay, but the hotel housekeeper and night assistant manager took care of it immediately and were friendly. When we went out in the morning, we were surprised that Assistant Manager Yang in the lobby recognized us and came to care about the housing situation. He also prepared small gifts for the baby. The overall service was great and made us feel at home. The old five-star hotel has excellent service and hygiene. It may be because of the old brand, so it has more experience in providing delicate services. The location is also good, located in the city center, with abundant dining options around. Tea sets and a variety of fruit snacks are prepared in the room, making both adults and children happy❤️ (I forgot to remind you when checking out, the tea tray will leak), the overall experience is good.

Great hotel with amazing service. I stayed for one week and the room was very clean. During my stay there was a typhoon and the staff was amazing to help with all information and safety precautions. I felt very welcomed through the whole time. Even the cleaning and security staff are all very friendly. The location is okay, walking distance to restaurants and SM Mall, but not close to Metro Station. Anyway Taxi can get you around Xiamen quite fast. I will come back. Thank you.

This is actually a boutique hotel that surprised me pleasantly. The room is spacious with an attached bath tub and separate cubicles for wc and shower respectively. Deco is modern and tastefully done with nice soft lighting. Due to the limitations of the location, the window overlook a residential unit next door. But for this budget, I think it is value for money. Also I appreciate its proximity to the airport and SM Mall. Staff members are helpful and friendly. If you enjoy some tranquility and peace, this could be a good hotel as it is usually not very crowded. Breakfast is simple Chinese food - dumplings; dim sum; fried noodles or vermicelli; plain congee; buns; milk; soy etc. Food selection is modest but sufficient given the boutique nature of this hotel. Overall, value for money and a good alternative to a brand name hotel for international travellers to consider.
