The view from the hotel is magnificent, the cleanliness and quality is everything one would expect from the Shangrila, including the restaurants. But what stands out is the quality of the service, kind, efficient, anticipatory of needs without being overbearing. By far one of the best service experiences we have ever had. The indoor pool is for laps more than fun, but the hot tub is nice and the yoga room is great. Outdoor pools are connected to a nearby water park and not actually party of the hotel, fyi.

We stayed here for a famliy vacation. It was everything we expected and so much more .As soon as you pull into the driveway you feel at home . Concierge take control of luggage and allow you to wander to reception . Checking in was a breeze and friendly . The room , ours was on the 11st floor , was amazing . comfort , soft beds , mini bar , bath robe , and a well sized bathroom . A travellers true home from home to get away from the bussel of life by the coast side . Views , sun rises , peace and quiet . Perfect . Also the outdoor swimming pool ,sauna.And this hotel is one of the highest in my lists of hotels in Xiamen to recommend . A shout out to the Manager , Anna who personally checked up on us , and to Tim for reaching out by text to ensure the room met its very high standard .

It was great, really quiet room. Nice layout of the suite. One thing I noticed was how good the desk chair was, since I was working. Bed was super comfy and I slept very well. I booked superior suite and they were kind enough to give me the one with sea view. Jeffrey at reception was lovely and welcoming, spoke great English. Super friendly. Will return next time in Xiamen 👍

Stayed for three days in the first year of junior high school. The hair in the bathroom and shower room was not cleaned for the next two days. I came here to participate at a fair in the exhibition center and meet with people. For these reasons it has a great location. Traffic jams are not crazy as at western coast of Xiamen. I took my kids to Xiamen and stayed here for two nights during the National Day. The hotel environment is really great. The family room we stayed in on the 19th floor had large floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls, smart curtains, and sea views. The room was also very nice. Last, I would like to talk about the location. The hotel was close to the beach, there were restaurants and supermarkets around it as well. The only thing is that we booked this hotel to enjoy the bathtub but within 3 days couldn't use it because there was no running water to fill it in. That lowered the total impression.

Booked the 1 Bedroom Suite, room is big with separate bedroom and living room. The suite comes with complimentary daily afternoon tea at the 25 floor Lounge, service at the lounge were superb, with staffs able to address the guests by their names. Jamie, were very friendly and she helped me to arrange the courier service to deliver a package, thanks Jamie. This is my 2nd stay at the Langham in the last 3 months. Both experiences were good. The Langham has been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Xiamen.
