Some staff is competent and efficient, so good. Other staff are not competent, not good. During check-in she wanted to send me to the same room as my colleague. But we had 2 different rooms. Also she do not understand my requests.
My room was spacious and comfortable. With large bathroom. Free laundry service.
The accessories are not good and poor. The refrigerator was broken. Very cheap and small travel size hair dryer. Cleaning is very superficial. They don't empty the rubbish bins every day, unhygienic. In all the common areas of the hotel many people smoke, even inside the elevators, that is unacceptable. The elevators are inefficient. Sometimes I also waited 8 - 10 minutes, in the morning or in the evening with crowded and smoking people inside.
