Great for the price. Only issue that I got a non-smoking room yet it smelled like cigarettes. Perhaps some guests dont follow the rules. But service is nonetheless top.

Quick check in. My room is clean. But not very spacious and have a small bathroom. The price is affordable. A few meters away there is a shopping mall with supermarket and many shops and restaurants nearby.

第一次住他們家，酒店真不錯，果然是高端連鎖，環境氛圍拉滿，酒店挺大氣，房間挺舒適，衞生很好，重點是還有健身房，配套齊全，旁邊就是天虹商場，方便，這種天氣湘潭很熱，空調效果槓槓的。

以前每次出差湘潭都會選擇這個酒店，服務好設施齊全，這四天特別這兩天明顯感覺前台服務不行了，晚上要送洗下衣服跟前台電話硬説要明天才能洗，我跟保潔大姐説下，二話沒説爽快的幫忙了。續住也是，説刷下房卡，結果上樓刷不開，硬等阿姨過來幫忙開門。希望以後酒店能越辦越好吧
