酒店前台服務特別好，熱情積極，房間衞生也很乾凈，安排的房間也很安靜，晚上休息的很好。第二天的早餐也很不錯。整體來説還是很滿意滴。價格也很實惠。推薦推薦，最後Y經理真的好好好好漂亮😍😍😍

一般般的酒店吧，請前台的不冷不熱，到環境衞生，到設備設施都一般。開了一個房間，房門關上一直告警，修了好久沒有修好，換個房間，空調開着突然哄哄作響，開關幾回才解決。
電梯樓層刷卡不好用，很輕易抵達各個樓層，基本沒有安全感。
早餐，沒有可吃的，要不就是放置幾天的半成品的重複利用，幸好還有碗粉吃，味道還不錯。
就是價格理解不了，我簽的單子是270元房價，實際攜程收我303元，差價是攜程賺的嗎？

非常好，在湘潭中心b座，位置也比較容易找，房間可以俯瞰整個市中心夜景

怎麼説呢，這家維也納有點名不副實了，我是去湘潭遊玩住的這家店，當時就是覺得睡眠淺想住連鎖酒店，品質有保證些。這家維也納的大樓挺氣派的，但是整體服務及硬件水準我覺得在維也納裏面算差的。比如我最看中的隔音，這個隔音水準都讓我想到了長沙步行街裏面那些隔出來的小民宿了。我們隔壁住了一對情侶，他們倆玩了一通宵遊戲，期間時不時會發出較大聲音，而一牆之隔的我們房間可以聽清他們的對話內容。着實離譜。 隔音也太差了。
於是乎 本想着住酒店休息的，被吵了一整晚，腦袋嗡嗡的。 總體來説是不合格的我覺得。

於是衹好找平台，攜程很爽快，很快就在同一棟樓幫我們訂了這間維也納，差價也是攜程出了。
意外也許會先來，但我遇到的這次還不賴！
