電吹風和防滑墊沒有找到，電熱水壺衞生不到位，毛巾不夠二套，柔軟度不夠，無線網用十點就掉線

房間很大也很乾凈，房間視野很開闊，早餐品種也比較多，味道不錯，每次回湘鄉都住在這裏，很多次，都習慣了。

內部空間環境都不錯，但服務確實很一般，住十樓，十二樓裝修，我們是週末過來，早上一大早就開始敲，下午六點還在敲，電話反饋也一點效果都沒有，非常沒人性化

酒店設施太舊了，雖是雙層玻璃窗户，但開關的地方是單層，靠近馬路的房間比較吵，樓下就是紅綠燈，又是主幹道，大貨車急剎的聲音穿透夢鄉

晚上路邊的大貨車太多轟隆隆地響，早上前台結賬一個一次性牙刷收了我15塊錢（沒有提示收費），當時去趕高鐵沒有與其爭執了。
