Ramada by wyndham xiangyang xiangcheng

The Ramada Hotel is quite nice. It has a great location, making it very convenient to visit the ancient town. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The service is also good, and the breakfast is quite delicious.

The hotel rooms are on high floors, so it's very quiet at night – perfect for light sleepers. The facilities are also well-equipped. There's a restaurant on the 24th floor with amazing views overlooking both banks of the Han River; the environment is beautiful. Beibei and Xiao Zang provided excellent service. If you have any requests for your room, you can contact them, and they'll promptly adjust things if you're not satisfied. Many thanks!

The room overall was better than expected, clean and on a high floor. The hotel also offers good privacy. My only minor complaint is that the sound insulation of the room door could be improved. They have a gym, laundry room, and a card/chess room. The restaurant on the top floor has an elegant atmosphere where you can also enjoy tea, and the views are spectacular. You can even watch the sunset in the evening. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Overall, this stay was quite good. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet, so I didn't get disturbed at night. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service wasn't overly fancy, but everything was solid and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to this area.

Having stayed in so many hotels, the front desk service this time truly impressed me! Zhang Juan was very patient and efficient during check-in, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminding me of the weather changes. If I needed anything during my stay, it was delivered within three minutes of calling – incredibly efficient! Upon check-out, she even inquired about my room experience. Attention to detail truly shows quality; this front desk service deserves a thumbs up, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
