房間寬敞衞生，剛進屋有點味，通一會風就好了。雙層玻璃，雖臨街但隔音還不錯，不過臨着馬路，第二天早上牀頭櫃和手機上就一層灰。
房間可能有點年久，晚上睡覺時能聽到下水道和排氣有持續的輕微異響，不過問題也不大。還有大桌子辦公很方便，小吧枱的設計也很好。

我是24考研的，在附近襄陽四中考研。説一下我的感受，以後25的whoever考研考公的人有個借鑒。（我説的有點直白又不敢太直，如打擾到請讓我刪除）①學習環境：酒店裡麪不管什麼房型，空間都是夠夠的，都有單獨的桌子，是很大很寬的，放下我四科的資料iPad筆杯子等，還能留一半空間看書複習，有學校圖書館大桌子的一半。②距離：説實話四中附近修路，哪個酒店都很遠，比起別的，其實山水文景是最近的，正好在去四中的路口，直線距離。打的10-15分鐘，叫車30s派單。但考試這兩天酒店滿人，高峯叫車要2min才派單或你提前叫。③酒店環境：隔音還好，大聲沉浸背了一晚肖四，沒被吵到or吵到別人。前台有求必應，正好這兩天有免費農夫山泉喝，一次性用具能送上門；空調還好，我不冷還熱，直接穿衞衣，出門穿襖子。④最後一天中午退房行李箱可以提前放在前台，考完晚上來拿了走。總之前台姐姐都懂都怪體貼。⑤我有午休習慣，考完就奔四中食堂吃飯，第一天中午打車回來睡了半小時，看作文十分鐘。第二天中午沒回來。⑥竟然忘了説吃飯，過馬路前面一個紅綠燈是36中，讓前台給你指大概位置，牛肉麪包子豆漿/蓋澆飯炒菜麪包店/晨光文具。不用叫外賣，直接去吃還快些，全程幹完30min。finally，price：less than ElizabethOrForSeason。⑦我考完試那天晚上直接去鼓樓玩了，竟然也很近，不用拐彎直線2km到。⑧對了，酒店一樓有商店和廣告店打印。

住了最貴的房，享受了最大的噪音。感覺這個套房應該沒怎麼住過一樣，門鎖感覺很破，房間衞生一般，設施也不新，最關鍵高架橋的位置，正對套房窗户，真是一開始竟然問起安不安靜也沒有提醒，實在是虧的大，除了床墊和枕頭還可以，實在是沒看出來哪裡值這個價，比普通快捷酒店還差。距離古城打車起步價，但是住宿環境真是太一般。
