Fortunately, the local police were very helpful. After confirming my order information, they asked the hotel to let me continue to check in. The whole process lasted for an hour. Later, I suffered from insomnia. I was afraid to call again. After dawn, Ctrip's customer service phone was finally able to get through. After telling me of my experience, I started the format. The answer I gave was probably that I ordered the room first, and then gave it to someone else at a high price. I didn't cancel the other person's order when I checked in, which caused the accident. This encounter makes me really feel very angry! The business's approach is surprising! Very disgusting! (At three o'clock in the middle of the night, another reservation has been waiting in the lobby for a solution. There were no vacant rooms in the hotel that night, and the surrounding hotels were also full. We are all victims)

這次酒店入住體驗很滿意，酒店整體環境很好，前台的小姐姐長相和聲音都很甜美，服務速度也很迅速，很快就幫我們辦理好了入住；房間裏面設施齊全，床非常舒適，房間智能控制，採光好；浴室水温舒適，水壓大，洗澡很舒服；酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，完全符合我們湖北人的口味；而且停車方便，下次來襄陽，繼續住這裏！

前台接待的蠻熱情的，房間整體乾淨整潔，床墊睡着很舒服😌，有什麼問題都是第一時間解決，效率奇高，哈哈，反正是一次愉快的體驗，下次再來哈

酒店前台小姐姐服務很好又温柔辦理入住很快，而且還免費升級了房型，房間很大衞生也很乾凈，特別是酒店房間的床睡着很舒服，酒店位置也很好，在二汽中心區域吃飯和逛街都方便
