必須值得點讚的一次住宿，我平時一般很少點評。但是這次的經歷給我印象特別深刻。維也納酒店他的服務，非常人性化。他能通過顧客的角度讓顧客的住宿在體驗感上體驗特別的舒服。從前台開始，到房間，到阿姨。這是我一次非常非常印象深刻的比較温暖的住宿。
出酒店右手邊就是虎頭山夜市。在酒店大概600米左右的範圍內有大量的玩的吃的場所。距離襄陽古城很近；外出的交通非常方便，如果是近的地方可以直打的，可以説以酒店在襄陽幾個知名景點中心，去幾個景點都有公交直達，非常方便
襄陽之行這次的住宿給本次的旅遊增色了很多。非常值得期待的一個酒店，大家可以去體驗一下。

步入酒店大門就感到非常乾淨温馨，前台所有人都很有禮貌和耐心。房間衞生間淋浴房非常乾淨，地板乾淨看着就舒服要表揚。大堂書吧安靜簡潔，茶水小食水果暢飲暢食很不錯。迷你酥小麻花又香又脆很好吃，一囗氣炫6個。酒店距離襄陽古城很近，出門就是公交站呢。酒店斜對面就是虎頭山夜市 非常不錯 一路上兩邊小吃店林立。特色小板凳餐桌椅馬路邊很是壯觀，連空氣中都是各種小吃的味道，吃貨肯定喜歡，不喜歡小吃的我就衹是趕緊路過。好友姐妹4人工作日連住3晚不挪窩，2間相鄰，其中1間免費升級了稍大一點的。管家有空就會安排水果飲品和暖心的小卡片，心意誠意滿滿。酒店出發去哪都方便，商圈吃購選擇多，下次有機會來襄陽還會選擇入住

雖然沒有窗户，但是味道比另一間親子房好多了。投影很大，很棒，遺憾的是玩的太累了沒怎麼用上。床頭的廊燈開關有點問題，商家即時修繕吧。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很熱情

前台服務極差！！我到達酒店門口看到沒有車位，便撥打前台電話問詢停車問題，前台告知如果地上停滿了衹能停地下，我問停在地下的話有電梯上來嗎？答覆有的，隨後我停到地下，停好車後我找到電梯便抱着孩子在電梯口等，按電梯時沒反應，隨即打電話告知可能按鍵壞了，前台服務人員説幫我按到負一，等了幾分鐘後沒見電梯動，隨即又打電話給前台，前台告知需要走上來，我又抱着孩子轉了一大圈走到地上來到前台，我問前台為什麼電梯不能使用？如不能使用為什麼不能再我打第一個電話的時候就告知？結果前台那位女士沒有一絲歉意，並且理直氣壯的説他們衹有一部電梯，而且也到不了負一，我聽後很驚訝，一度懷疑我前幾個電話是不是打錯了？礙於抱着孩子，旅途一天身心疲憊，實在無力再去爭論。
這種情況不單純是服務質量的問題了，而是做人有問題了，怎麼可以這麼壞呢？我開了一天的車，孩子睡著了，我停好車抱着孩子在電梯口等了幾分鐘你們又説讓我走上去，我上去了你們非但沒有歉意反而告訴我沒有電梯？那我之前打的那幾個電話有何意義？我想告知前台的兩位女士，現在經濟環境這麼差，既然拿維也納這份薪酬，就要珍惜這份工作，更要對得起這份薪酬，如果你們個人生活的不如意，要把最基本的工作做好，而不是給維也納抹黑！

和好友兩家一起來襄陽玩，住宿前期做了很多攻略，我有些潔癖，住宿這塊比較糾結，看了很多酒店，顯示這家酒店位置不錯，而且評價基本都很滿意，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，看我們第二天的房型不一樣也直接升級，在房間可以看到樓下小吃街，房間很大，也很乾凈，細節滿滿，尤其床墊軟軟的睡了很舒服，特別適合帶娃玩了一天，酒店早餐也不錯，還有水果和牛奶，兩天住宿很不錯，很温馨的感覺。
