本來開的是個普通大床房，因為天氣冷了，加上忙了很久，就升級了一個有按摩椅的房間，開好進去後，空間制熱了半天都沒有半點熱氣出來，然後以為是天氣太冷了，就從25度左右開始往上慢慢調，調到30度了，在房間呆了2個多小時房間還沒有熱就打電話問了前台，前台態度就非常的……開始也不願意給換房間，是後面就説給我們換房間，但是衹有比這個更差的房間，態度完全沒有什麼轉變，非常不耐煩也很差，後面我就説要人上來看一下修一下算了，然後就叫了阿姨來看，阿姨也調了會沒有調好，還是冷，就給拿了一床蓋的，後面實在太冷了，就要阿姨拿了取暖器上來，經過一個晚上以及一個上個，空調完全沒有一點效，房間還是冷，反正不會再來了
