服務：前台態度惡劣
環境：空調噪音太大，衞生間排風扇拖拉機
設施：陳舊，洗頭膏沐浴露衹給一小瓶，連洗澡都不夠，枕頭太低，再要一個枕頭加5元，從沒見過這樣的酒店，荊州吉楚住的比較多，仙桃這樣的吉楚奉勸各位不要去住，嚴重影響心情
