Xianyang Mengli Jiayuan Business Hotel

I would never recommend this hotel! I wanted to spend 1 night in a place close to the airport because I was going to fly to Xi An at late hours. I arrived at the location shown on the map around 11pm, but there was no one in the hotel because it was a little late. When I managed to reach the hotel staff, I learnt that the hotel I booked was at a different address and I was in another hotel now. The staff of this hotel helped me to find my original hotel. The hotel attendant came and picked me up but he was very moody. When we finally arrived at the hotel, he started the check in process and asked why I was only staying for 1 night and where I was staying the other nights. Then he opened his WeChat and showed me other peoples' payments he had received recently and said that there were no payments under 100 yuan, and that I paid less (which was the price on the site) and demanded money. I told him that I had already paid the money from the app and that I would not give more, so he looked even more angry. When we got to the room he entered before me and flushed the toilet in front of me. The room was cold. He asked "All good?", I was going to ask how I could turn on the air conditioner because the room was really cold, but he interrupted me and asked "All good?" again and headed for the door. I had to say okey. I spent a night in a cold room. The room was not clean. I left the hotel early in the morning. Terrible experience, and bad behaviour towards foreigners. Would not recommend. 我绝不会推荐这家酒店！我想在机场附近住一晚，因为我要在深夜飞往西安。我在晚上 11 点左右到达地图上显示的地点，但酒店里一个人也没有，因为时间有点晚了。当我设法联系到酒店工作人员时，才知道我预订的酒店地址不同，我现在住在另一家酒店。这家酒店的工作人员帮我找到了原来的酒店。酒店服务员来接我，但他有很脾气的态度。我们终于到了酒店，他开始办理入住手续，问我为什么只住一晚，其他晚上住在哪里。然后他打开微信，给我看他最近收到的其他人的付款，说没有 100 元以下的付款，我付得少（我付过得是网站上的价格），并向我要钱。我告诉他，我已经从 app 上支付了钱，不会再给了，于是他显得更加生气。我们到了房间，他先我一步进去，当着我的面冲了马桶。房间里很冷。他问 "都好吗？"，我正想问怎么才能打开空调，因为房间真的很冷，但他打断了我，又问了一遍 "都好吗？"，然后朝门口走去。我只好说 "好吧"。我在寒冷的房间里过了一夜。房间也不干净。我一大早就离开了酒店。可怕的经历，对外国人的恶劣行径。不推荐。
