I stayed here on a business trip. The front desk service was terrible. Check-in was slow and inconsiderate even on a hot day. The room was also dusty. I don't know how they cleaned it. I was completely floored. It even gave me a rhinitis and I kept sneezing. I was speechless. Don't stay at this kind of rubbish hotel. The cleanliness is terrible. Bad review.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is extremely poor. There are residual blood stains on the bath towels. The room is irregular, and it is at the end. If you mind this, please be careful when booking. The service is really bad. I agreed to upgrade in the afternoon, but when I checked in that evening, I was told that this is the room type I booked and it cannot be changed. I had already left the hotel, and someone claiming to be the manager called and said that to make up for my loss, I would stay for free next time. It's hard not to leave a positive review! ‼ I found this hotel on a platform. They said it was newly renovated, so I booked it to experience it. The entrance looked impressive, and the lobby was spacious. Checking in was quick and friendly, with Li and Ge at the front desk. After check-in, they helped with my luggage and walked me to the elevator, pressing the button. Going upstairs, I met the housekeeping lady, who also greeted me. My room was clean and the environment was great. I had a comfortable night's sleep. In the morning, I went to the first floor for the buffet breakfast. There was a wide variety of freshly made small cakes and hot pot downstairs. The hotel is also close to the airport, making travel very convenient. It's a perfect choice for business travelers like me. I was absolutely satisfied. 👍 I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
