Licai Tianxiang Hotel

It's located opposite Wanda Plaza, not far from attractions, and within walking distance of Fuyuan Alley Food Street, which is beautiful at night and has good food. The room was very clean and tidy, the receptionist was very friendly, and the disposable toiletries were of good quality. I especially loved the comb! The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all great. The only downside was that there was some water accumulation in the bathroom, but otherwise I was quite satisfied. It was a good stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, service, and location were all excellent, but what impressed our whole family most was the immense warmth shown in a small incident. After checking out, we discovered that an elderly family member had inadvertently taken a small spoon (worth 22 yuan) from the hotel with their luggage. We contacted the hotel apologetically, expecting compensation, but after understanding the situation, the hotel was incredibly generous and understanding, saying, "It's no big deal," and firmly waived the compensation. Although it was a small matter, the hotel's handling of it based on trust and respect deeply moved our entire family. This 22 yuan incident demonstrated the hotel's high level of generosity and personalized service. This was more than just a stay; it was a lesson in tolerance.
