酒店的設施確實不錯，0壓床和枕頭睡着很舒服。但是酒店管理存在很大問題。不得不吐槽下。首先前台接待很冷漠，大過年的好像欠她錢一樣。板著臉。其次就是房間的枕套是臟的，聯繫酒店更換了。酒店配備的三瓶飲料，其中一瓶啤酒居然是過期的。這也有點太誇張了吧。第二天中午退房給酒店説把車停在這裏，晚上再開走。接待的前台告訴我當天中午兩點以後就要額外收費了，一小時三元。這也是住酒店第一次遇見。感覺這樣的管理可惜了酒店的硬件設施。

臨時決定入住，到店比較晚賓客經理Sarah服務很好，很快辦理完入住，還給送了水果，還主動延遲退房，酒店裝修高端大氣，重點表揚酒店員工都很熱情服務很周到，在這裏很讓人享受安逸有格調～謝謝
