What a wonderful hotel, great service and friendly helpful staff. Great value for the quality and service. Close to the airport and railway station but does take some time to get into the city by rail and about an hour by taxi.

The location of the hotel is very good. The bus station is right in front of it. It is very clean. The hotel upgraded the room for free to a two-bedroom apartment. The room is very large. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with a range hood, refrigerator, washing machine, two TVs, floor-to-ceiling windows, but no sunlight comes in. The bed room was on the 30th floor and came with souvenirs and yogurt. The staff were very enthusiastic, polite and good at solving problems and would say hello proactively.

Check-in was great. I upgraded to a suite for free. It was very convenient to shop nearby. Water and yogurt were given to me when I checked in. I also offered a late check-out. The mattress was soft and hard, and I highly recommend it.
