Reluctantly, I can only speed up. When I woke up in the morning thinking about taking a good bath, it was completely cold now. From 8:30 onwards, the water was not hot at all, and there was still no hot water after the water was continuously released. During the period, I called the front desk at least six or seven times, and repeatedly said that the water would be released after a while, and finally an employee came. Check, it is still talking about hot water circulation 🔁 Because no one uses water, the system needs to continue to discharge water before it can burn to temperature. After tossing for an hour and a half, even the most basic shower in the summer could not meet this simple need. It was an unsatisfactory experience of staying. It completely defeated the good impression accumulated the day before. Moreover, after a day of staying, I started to cry. Pain and runny nose, it is really not worth the loss. Although the size of the hotel is not large, this problem still seriously affects the experience of staying. It is summer and there is no hot water. If there is no hot water in winter, how do guests take a bath? Parking at the door is still convenient. The sanitation of the room opened last year is justified. After all, the price is that, but the hot water bath problem is really unacceptable, even if the staff is very embarrassed, the next stay can be discounted. May I ask if this bathing If the hot water problem is not solved, how can anyone be willing to stay? This is really a very unsatisfactory check-in experience. Please refrain from phone harassment in the future and hope to improve the hot water problem as soon as possible.
