The customer service is very patient. When we checked in, it was already after twelve o'clock in the morning. After returning to the room, we could not close the window. I called the customer service lady and she explained it to me patiently and contacted the aunt who cleaned the room. When we closed the window, the aunt spoke in a very low voice. 酒店對面就是一個大型的體育場，位置好，離火把廣場、濕地公園都不遠，房間衞生乾淨、整潔，設施齊全，服務也還好，早餐屬於簡早，但味道好，也算不錯，退房是東西不小心落在房間，前台及時通知 ，不錯的酒店。
