Xilin Haote Hotel

When visiting Xilinhot, I booked a hotel in Xilinhot. I originally thought that the service in a star-rated hotel would be better, but I didn’t expect that it was the hotel with the lowest cost performance during this trip to Inner Mongolia. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very old and dilapidated, and it feels like they haven't been cleaned very well. They are a bit old and dirty. The bed in the suite we booked was very small, as if it was for a child. My son, who is 180 years old, did not sleep comfortably. Service: The attitude at the hotel front desk was not very good when I checked in. I didn't know what to do when I asked questions, and seemed very impatient. Fortunately, the waiter who checked out later had a nice attitude. The next day, a tall and thin girl who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant had a very nice attitude. Three service points were given to her. The price/performance ratio is really not high.

The hotel checked into room number 2037. When making the quilt and bed, there were three big black bugs, and several more were found at night, which is very unacceptable. I asked the hotel because of the recent changes in the grassland weather. This reason is unacceptable. In addition, many comments said that the hotel's breakfast was very good, but the next day I didn't go to eat until 9 o'clock in the morning, and almost all of them were empty. I didn't realize the advantage, and I will definitely not stay here again in the future

The advantages and disadvantages of the hotel are very prominent... I booked a room for two days, but I couldn't open the door when I returned to the room on the first night; I called the front desk and told me to go to the front desk to deal with the degaussing, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk after being tired. I asked why the two-day room was degaussed on the first day, and was told that it would be degaussed automatically after two o'clock every day, no matter how many days I stayed in... The hotel I stayed in is really not a small number, and this is the first one to operate so confidently. The service awareness and attitude of a young tall lady at the front desk need to be greatly improved. The room service attitude is good, but the room was not cleaned after one o'clock the next day, and the disposable items were not replenished. The advantage is that the location is really good, it is very convenient to go everywhere; the parking lot is big enough

The facilities are too old. The style of the 80s should be renovated. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat, you have to drive to the city. There is no advantage other than parking.

Such a broken hotel is still four-star? The front desk service attitude is also very blunt. I will never choose it again next time, and it is not recommended.

國慶自駕旅行來到錫林浩特，對比後訂了這家酒店。我們訂了2間套房，住了2晚。 酒店外觀看起來挺有歐範，但設施相對比較老舊，所以價格也比較美麗，地面停車場很大。房間也還可以，比較舒適。 酒店有自己的餐廳，晚餐做的還不錯，早餐也還可以。距離景點都比較近，對面就是博物館，貝子廟開車10分鐘，總體來説性價比不錯。
