We booked the day before, which ended up costing about $100 dollars U.S. per night. We got 2 full-sized beds and no view on the 3rd floor. The rooftop pool was so dangerous for our kids. The fence around the infinity pool and deck are 4 cable wires that any kid could easily fall through to certain death. The floor boards were very warped. There was electrical wires around the pool with electrical tap coming loose. The view was amazing, but it is not worth a potential life changing accident.

We booked here off the cuff, we were in the area visiting the Edward James castle. The hotel is clean and very reasonable priced. The rooftop pool is gem here , with amazing views and a bar at its side, you can get a menu of food all day here. This place is in the centre of town so close to everything. The pool/bar manager here was brilliant , very helpful and chatty with all the customers.

Loved this place, the pool was awesome we had a great time. The hotel is located very closed to Xilitla downtown so we walked and admire the small town. The breakfast was included another plus. And customer service was great very friendly people 🤗 me and my family recommend the hotel. Very clean, AC units worked perfect. We booked 5 rooms. It was fun.

The property is currently under construction, so there was so much noise throughout our stay. The roof pool looks a bit unsafe. They also said that there was free WiFi, but it was always glitching and we could never connect. Thd electricity also went out a couple of times for a few minutes at a time during our stay.

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos una noche, nos costó 1,500 pero el aire no funcionaba, el baño de la recepción asqueroso y lo peor de todo las toallas no las lavan, eran de clientes anteriores con manchas cafés 🤮. Un lugar que no tiene higiene. Adicionalmente el GYM es un lugar súper asqueroso sin limpieza alguna.

Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero cuenta con una vista impresionante de la sierra en la terraza y con alberca, también la ubicación está muy bien, a una cuadra se encuentra una plaza donde hay diversos restaurantes, a unos pazos tambien del lugar donde vivio Edward James. Destaca LA VISTA y la UBICACIÓN; buen trato del personal.

No me gusto lo incomodo y peligroso del estacionamiento y que difunden una alberca grande y bonita y es todo lo contrario. Ademas de que habia personas tomando. Me gusto que la dueña ofrece cafe y pan.
