I chose Anlan, Shaoxing for two nights when traveling with my best friend. The hotel is located in the Nineteen Peaks Scenic Area with beautiful scenery. The room is large, clean and tidy, and is equipped with a capsule coffee machine. The considerate housekeeper Helen arranged a happy birthday decoration for my best friend. A birthday cake was also given, and the heart-warming desserts and snacks were delicious every night. We also took the ladder to the top of the mountain to have afternoon tea. We were very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, environment, hygiene, and service. We will come again if we have the opportunity!

The old local hotel in Xinchang is right at the entrance of the Big Buddha Temple Scenic Area. It is the best choice for visiting the Big Buddha Temple, but it is 2km away from the newly opened commercial district. Xinchang City is very small, so this distance is not a big deal. The hotel's facilities are outdated, and the entire interior style is the standard layout of earlier state-owned hotels. Fortunately, there is no musty smell, and the housekeeping department is very careful in cleaning. I especially took a picture of the hair dryer that used to be standard in hotels. It had that strong smell and it was really hard to blow dry your hair.
