Xingda Xiuyuan Hotel

I chose this hotel after seeing Ctrip’s positive reviews of 4.9. I didn’t expect all the good reviews to come out of nowhere. I'm speechless about the feeling of staying here. The service attitude is terrible. Checked in at 7 o'clock and went to the hotel's catering department to prepare for dinner. The waiter said the chef was off duty. I have to ask if I can still cook. I indicated that I was staying at the hotel. My family of four was reluctantly placed in the breakfast hall, and the air conditioner was not turned on. I opened it after I proposed it. After I order. The first dish is served. We don't even have cutlery. Let us eat how we want, I asked again. He helped us prepare the tableware and finally had dinner. Unexpectedly, there were workers working on the hotel at 7:30 the next morning, right next door to me. I went out to stop it. The workers don't care about you, and the waiters don't care. Our family of four was woken up. Can only check out. I have never experienced such a service attitude before. It is really a mess.

興達秀園環境很好，就是個園林。建議訂東樓套房，陽枱面對花園，喝茶賞景更好。

大堂茶水:自助式茶水而己，與描述星級服務不符。 時令下午茶:晚間入住，雖錯時，但未有提示及服務。 提供的是2個水果與描述品質有較大差異。 環境：內部景觀還是蠻不錯的。

特別滿意，衞生打掃的特別乾淨，房間的裝修也不錯，衣服放在籃子裏服務員主動幫忙去洗了，真的是服務好，環境好，設施好，給個大大的點贊

環境很好，中式團林。硬件很好，房間大，空調足，沖浪浴缸，智能馬桶。早餐略簡單，中式為主，可能對外賓不太友好。

每次來戴南都會選擇的酒店 有水果 備品也不錯 早餐略顯簡單 單獨吃的中飯和早茶也都很不錯 酒店裡中式裝修 景色也不錯 唯一缺少一個健身房

園林式酒店，環境非常優美，服務態度和水平都不錯，酒店設施很好，停車也方便，早餐吃的還挺好的。

第三次入住了，早餐一次比一次差，這次8點半到餐廳沒吃的了，還得向服務員要。
