Yuhua Garden Hotel

This is the first time I ordered a deposit on Ctrip. After I went in, I realized that these are all charged. Fortunately, I read the hotel reviews before I came, for fear that I would charge extra if I didn’t notice it, including mineral water. Charges! If you drink one dollar for a bottle, you will charge five dollars. Seeing the last page of the booklet on the table, although I was not charged extra, these rules and regulations made my stay not so comfortable. The attitude of the front desk staff was also average. Come to Xinghua for an exam and search for hotels near the school. Very good value for money, convenient parking, good attitude of the waiters, and free upgrades. The location of the breakfast restaurant is very good. There are many snack bars around. Very close to the test center, within ten minutes of walking.

The room is small, and the middle room type is noisy, the soundproofing is poor, there is no breakfast, the price of living in other rooms is high, whoever can afford to live on business trips must consider saving sales costs for the company!

清明期間帶朋友回來玩幫忙訂了附近的酒店，當時看評價還可以，結果真的是開了眼了。訂的是內窗的房間，反正有排風有空調確實沒有多想，結果夜裡不論是開送風還是製冷温度都降不下來，最後都升到31度了，朋友夜裡完全沒有休息好。前台的解釋是中央空調統一設定了温度，怪我們沒訂有外窗的房間，一邊説內窗的房間很多人提前來看了就不要了，一邊又説是當天內窗住滿了所以送出來的是熱風，總之各種説辭令人匪夷所思，最終的解決方案衹有一個就是我們補差價換有外窗的房間，真的牛啊！*****也是很離譜，投訴後一開始還承認是商家服務的問題，説現場核實一下再聯繫我，結果核實以後也來跟我説內外窗的事兒，還説是我主動要換房間的，拜託是酒店不解決空調的問題好吧？還説外窗的客人夜裡會冷所以空調設定的制熱，所以內窗的客人就不知冷暖自生自滅是吧？當然這樣的離譜酒店應該是少數，後來退了第二晚的房間訂了普通的連鎖，差不多的價格服務及設施一個天上一個地下。作為一個在外的興化人，我希望家鄉好，旅遊業發展好，但是這樣的商家服務和**服務真的令人心寒。

住的519，我不知道為什麼床中間有一個洞！開始時候，孩子睡我們夫妻中間，各種折騰，半夜實在折騰，把孩子換到了邊上睡，我睡中間，才發現，床中間有一個圓洞，挺大的，已經半夜了，沒有要求換房間，我們也沒有打開看裏面怎麼回事，後半夜睡不好，腰都要斷了，那個洞正好在成年人屁股的位置！除了這個，其他在酒店都很順利，酒店前台和客房服務都很好，停車也方便的，有專門的停車場，房間也是乾淨整潔的，熱水洗澡也很舒服，酒店位置也不難找，開車去市區最多10分鐘吧！總體滿意！

丟了一張房卡，收了50塊，人生第一次被收房卡費，在其他酒店從未遇到，都是直接給新卡，一間房費也就200多，一張卡收50，無語....不知道是不是蘇北酒店的特色，還是緊緊是這家，錢無所謂，就是要吐槽下這個所謂“酒店規定”，好歹也定個合理費用，50太坑了...

價格不貴經濟實惠，大廳很大有活動的地方停車方便。

服務態度很好，環境優美，地理位置也方便，停車場也寬敞，下次還要預訂，床鋪也很整潔乾淨，吃早餐，太方便了，就在非常滿意，
