訂的房間先給四樓，外窗貼着樓的外牆，調個二樓房間，房間內有異味，開窗放了半天，房間內缺牀頭櫃，門鎖損壞，淋浴間置物架缺失，衞生間門上門軸缺裝飾蓋。室內漏風，半夜開了空調，才好了一點。房間隔音一般。

酒店整體挺好的，就是浴室的花灑有點問題，固定不住，得用手固定位置，估計可能酒店也不知道，整體還行吧。

4月1日晚住312，房間內景窗，有點熱，但是訂的就是這種房型，詢問前台問能給換一間嗎，也算是升級吧，但是前台很果斷換不了，辦理完入住還沒給餐券，前台人員，一直喇喇個臉，全程無微笑，跟欠了錢是的，酒店搞得就是服務和設施，這樣的服務簡直了，給個“0”分吧！

房間很乾凈，有專門的停車場，早餐也還不錯，服務很熱情。大廳裏有一張旅遊地圖，把興隆縣的旅遊資源都標註了出來，但去的時候還比較冷，大多景點兒都沒有開門，老闆還幫我們聯繫景點看有沒有開門，很周到。

房間乾淨，前台接待都很熱情，尤其是趙小姐，還給小朋友贈送了小糖果。雖然是臨街房，但是晚上隔音效果不錯。整體感覺不錯。

環境特別好。其中一個大床房房間特別大。服務也很好。
端午日還送了我們粽子。雖然味道一般。禮輕情意重吧
前台大廳有咖啡機。可以去喝咖啡。
自助早餐也還可以。
總之比承德的星城酒店體驗要好的多。

3000多的酒店也住過 這是性價比最高的一個 這個價格 完全出乎意料。浴室的地漏 漏水很慢 會有積水。早餐稍微差一點 9點以後都沒啥了 建議早一點去吃。
