The room is larger and not far from the scenic spot, but the room is not clean enough and it is inconvenient to buy food. The price is not as good as staying in a B&B directly in the scenic spot.

The hotel facilities are okay in county-level cities, but the hot water is not good enough to wash normally. On the second night, it was arranged to change the room after repeated requests. The room service is active, the service in the lobby is lagging behind, and there is no one to help pick up the luggage upon arrival and departure, but the hotel has a lot of stairs. The breakfast is very simple, and you can eat enough if you are not picky.

There were water and power outages, and operation and management during the peak season were very poor.

Worst experience staying in a hotel. We booked a twin room with a view, but there was no hot water. It was said that the boiler was broken and was being repaired. We waited until almost one o'clock in the morning and hadn't repaired it. We asked to change the room, but we carried our luggage and climbed the stairs (no elevator) to the room and found that it was a mahjong room. ! I felt that the hotel's attitude in dealing with the problem was too perfunctory. After raising doubts, the hotel re-arranged to the parent-child room. But halfway through our washing, the room was out of electricity! The card slot for inserting the room card to get electricity suddenly fell to the ground together with the room card! I called and said that the maintenance department would check it, but no one came to the room to check it! Since it was almost two o'clock, my two children and I were so sleepy that we squeezed into one bed to sleep. Although there were two beds, it was very cold because there was no electricity and the air conditioner could not be turned on. The next morning, I had already installed the card slot and it had electricity, so I quickly turned on the air conditioner, but the moment I turned on the air conditioner, it was out of power again! We quickly washed up in the cold state and hurried out of the room to go out to play. During this period, no one in the hotel gave an explanation! The front desk is like a robot and just repeats sorry we'll have engineering check it out! This is our terrible experience! !
