Qian Shan Holiday Hotel

Booked this room for a friend, and they got a free upgrade! The room was very spacious and the surroundings were lovely. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was plentiful.

This is a 4-star hotel listed on Ctrip. The location is OK. It is the same hotel as the Crown Hotel. We stayed in the back building. The facilities are old and the service is not good. The front desk opened the room and the waiter said it was not cleaned yet. We went downstairs to ask the front desk to open the room again. The breakfast was terrible. There was no soy milk or milk. The porridge was just like dry rice soaked in water. The dishes were almost all frozen food!
