找房時特意找了一個不在主幹道上的，希望安靜，結果天人算不如天算，門口道路在修理狀態中，施工應該是持續到晚上近12點，早上8點開始。

隔音不佳。有溢價可以理解，但是溢價和品質相比，稍微多了一點。

前一站在西安的一個賓館我被坑慘了，所以來這裏先看房，房間不錯，走廊也好，設施齊全，衞生好，很滿意，交通方便，距離火車站、東關清真寺、新千張夜市都很近。

我是後半夜才趕到酒店的，如果不是修路，封路堵路還是相對來説比較好找的，出門不遠，就是馬路可以坐上各路公交車，打車也很方便
我還是很喜歡這種走廊，有地毯的，不管多麼晚來了客人，都不會有那個拉桿箱輪子吵到人的聲音，乾淨肅靜。
