Yonghe International Hotel (Qinghai University)

The hotel lobby boasts a simple yet grand design, and the rooms are bright, clean, and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin. The front desk staff were very polite, greeting me with a smile the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they even recommended some worthwhile local attractions and delicious food spots. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially the noodles at the live cooking station, which I absolutely loved. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both leisure trips and business travel.

My overall stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere and incredibly soft bedding, making for a super comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, all made with fresh ingredients. The front desk and housekeeping staff were consistently warm, polite, efficient, and attentive to all our needs, responding quickly to any requests. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent! The hotel was great. I booked it during my school exams; the price was cheap, the room layout was beautiful, and the space was very large. I had a very comfortable and relaxing night and fell asleep quickly! The service was also exceptionally attentive. I accidentally left my capacitive pen at the hotel, and the staff went to great lengths to find it for me and mail it back. So thoughtful! Thank you!

The new hotel was clean and hygienic. We requested extra bottled water and a humidifier, which were promptly provided. The staff were very welcoming, and the robot delivery was a nice touch. Overall, the environment was pleasant and worth staying at.

First: This hotel sold the user's reserved room type to someone else in advance. I booked your hotel for my trip to Qinghai, and it was terrible! I arrived around midnight on October 3rd. When checking in, the front desk insisted that I had booked a standard room, not a double room. After I showed them my booking confirmation (see Figure 1), the front desk changed their story, saying there were no superior double rooms available, and the remaining double rooms weren't very comfortable. They offered to upgrade me to a more comfortable standard room. I requested the room type be as specified in the booking confirmation, and they provided a standard room with a small window and a 1.5-meter bed (Figures 2 and 3). Since it was too late, I didn't request a change and planned to make do for one night. Second: The hotel room had a very loud noise from the kitchen cooking at 6 AM. I highly do not recommend staying here. I was woken up at 6:30 AM by a loud noise. I thought it was construction work downstairs or a vacuum cleaner being used. After asking the front desk, I was told it was the hotel kitchen preparing breakfast. The noise continued until 9 AM. Since you knew there was noise in the room, you should have informed or reminded customers in advance. Being woken up by noise is really unpleasant, especially for tourists. I've never given a bad review to a hotel before, and yours is the first one.

The room was indescribable; it was covered in fine hairs, I wondered if the previous guest had just had a haircut. There were hairs everywhere, on the pillow and bed. Luckily, I brought disposable sheets, otherwise I wouldn't have had anywhere to stay so late. This hotel was the most disappointing part of my Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop trip.
