Nothing but amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff are really nice! The room that I got is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! Highly-recommended! The location is also near to the railway station and there are a lot of shops nearby! It's also beside the Bank of China! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked two types of room Guestroom (Queen Bed) & Deluxe Family Room. Both type of rooms are clean and new. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standardized. Impressed with quality toiletries. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Stayed in a family room. Bathroom and shower room are ok, could do with a proper deep clean. Location is not near any recognisable restaurants. Breakfast is usual standard, hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were kept trying to touch my cold ten despite requests not to, especially with covid.

They did not turn on the air-conditioner, we called the butler. She offered us a rechargeable fan but it didn’t work at all. It turned on 1 minute and turned off automatically. We were so hot that we even need to take off the clothes in order to sleep. The shower went cold and hot, there is no normal temperature. However, the hotel itself looks nice and the room is good.

Good to stay for a stopover. The hotel has parking just in front of the house. The rooms are big and the breakfast is good. It’s my second stay at Excel.

The hotel waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive. The room was also very clean.
We got off the car and helped us pick up our luggage. Seeing that we had children, they upgraded the hotel room for free. Very heartwarming.
The hotel is also very cost-effective and has good facilities. Dry and wet are separated, and the room is very large. The transportation is convenient.
