"When I just opened the door, there was a pungent smell of burning rubber and a fishy smell, which was very disgusting. After opening the window for ventilation, the room was very cold, and the quilt had a poor thermal insulation effect. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was so strong that it hurt to flush, and the drainage was not good. After taking a shower, the water overflowed from the shower room. The room seemed very large, but in fact, nearly half of the empty table was dirty and hard, and there was no chair provided. I don't know what the meaning of the hotel design is. These are all fine. Regarding the service, the hotel provided two bottles of mineral water. After drinking, I needed drinking water, so I called the hotel front desk. However, the staff said that the hotel only provided two bottles of drinking water. Then we provided a request to buy drinking water, and the answer we got was that it could only be purchased after 8:30 when the cleaning lady went to work. Therefore, the quality of front desk service really needs to be improved. I have never encountered a hotel that refuses to provide drinking water. It is very difficult to park at the entrance of the hotel. There are very few parking spaces at the entrance. It can be said that the hotel does not have its own parking spaces at all. It is shared with surrounding businesses, and the road is narrow. When checking in, the front desk requires parking registration, saying that there are staff to take you to park. After waiting for a long time, no one led, and finally I still had to find a parking space by myself. So what is the meaning of registration? In short, the experience and comfort are very poor."

"The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. There was still a noticeable smell when I checked in, which bothered me as I have allergies – I kept sneezing and my eyes watered. However, the soundproofing in the room was excellent; even though it faced the street, it was quiet at night. The mattress was especially comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom even had a direct drinking water tap. I booked through Trip.com with a 2 PM checkout, but they called to rush me out at 1 PM, and the front desk staff were quite rude when I checked out. What a shame."
