周邊交通方便，娛樂也有去處，價格在市區中不算貴，住宿環境窗簾遮光好，床品舒適，熱水大，衞生設施齊全，服務態度規範，值得推薦
工作人員服務態度很好，需要什麼東西很快就能送來，服務很人性化，下次來新鄉還會訂這。

環境：之前看圖片覺得環境很有氛圍，很現代的感覺，到店後發現大廳的確很漂亮。但進入房間後，感覺有兩點缺陷，一是整體裝修色調偏深，感覺比較昏暗和壓抑。二是窗户採光一般，窗外面對着另一個樓的牆壁。
服務：還可以，12點前提前到達，前台也幫我提前辦理入住。安排第一間房窗户鎖釦壞了，前台也給調換了房間。
設施：中規中矩吧，先説淋浴的下水道會翻湧異味，説明裝修時沒考慮到避免反味問題。台盆的熱水一直不太熱，大概就是37度左右的感覺。飲用水、小零食、電視、洗漱用品、桌椅等都齊全。
衞生：浴室有乾濕分離，但因為屋子面積比較小，所以浴巾毛巾是在掛在廁所的牆壁上的，挨着馬桶，感覺如廁沖廁時的空氣混雜着細菌會附着在毛巾浴巾上。

酒店在胖東來對面！酒店風格很新穎，房間確實不是很大，但是對得起價格？床上用品的品質都很不錯，浴袍，浴巾的布料特別厚實！客房部經理姐姐服務特別好，細心的帶看房間，並對未知的一些房間問題做出解釋，以後過來還會選擇這裏

不推薦，態度一般，地毯肉眼可見的不乾淨，電視下也有一個不知名東西，問了前台前台説是電視接收器，用百度能搜出來，最後也沒搜出來淘寶物品識別也識別不出來這小東西，而且電視關了也會亮，裏面也帶有紅外線，後來就給他拔了，就很無語...

第一次給差評 中央空調噪音很大 房間衞生間異響 具體參考恐怖片咯噠噠的聲音 電視不能投屏有密碼 衹能看cctv 電影也全部要錢 朋友晚上想讓客房部送瓶水前台説衹有一個人 我在旁邊説酒店連客房部也沒有嗎才説送衞生也一般設施老的 不是新酒店！
