"Seriously, I don't recommend this place. Don't go there! The hygiene is absolutely terrible. When we opened the door, the whole room smelled incredibly pungent like cigarette smoke – it was awful! The room was also incredibly itchy. The white sheets were slightly yellowed, and there were holes in them (the photos don't really show it). The carpet was disgusting, and the toiletries were of very poor quality; the toothbrush bristles were deformed. The carpet in the hallway was also filthy. Absolutely horrible! This is a must-try!"

"We booked three rooms for two consecutive nights. On the third day, we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. However, the price for each room on Ctrip had increased by over 50 yuan compared to the original booking. We discussed this with the hotel front desk, hoping to extend our stay at the original price, but they clearly stated that they could not accommodate this and could only offer a slight adjustment based on the increased price on the platform. We had four elderly people in our group, one of whom was nearly 80 years old and required a wheelchair, making it difficult for them to move around. Changing hotels and moving four suitcases would have been very inconvenient and physically taxing for them. However, the hotel did not offer any discount for extending our stay and did not consider our two-night stay or the special difficulties of the elderly and mobility-impaired guests. We were left with no choice but to either pay the increased price or move to another hotel with our elderly companions. After so many years of booking hotels on Ctrip, this was the only time we had such a poor experience. We sincerely hope that both the platform and the hotel can pay more attention to the actual difficulties faced by elderly travelers and handle extension requests reasonably."

There's a lamb soup restaurant next to the hotel – can't recall the name, but it was delicious. We spent a day at Baoquan Scenic Area and then did some shopping at Pang Dong Lai."

Given that President Jiang Zemin stayed here in 1992, it can be assumed that it was a luxury hotel for that time. The breakfast was good. The next morning, I had an itinerary that included Tianjishan Mountain, which is part of the Bali Scenic Area; since the bus terminal was nearby, I had no trouble catching the 8 o'clock bus after breakfast. As it is a city hotel, there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby."

"The service was very poor. I drove here. Because it was a new car without a license plate, I needed to call the hotel in advance when entering. I called in advance several times when I came in and out. The second time, the door wouldn't open. A security guard came over and directly informed me that he wanted to charge me. He also had a bad attitude. I called twice and finally the door was released. After entering, the front desk and I asked the security guard to apologize, and the front desk explained that the security guard was off duty. I said: I will pay him 100 yuan and let him take a taxi. All he needs to do is apologize. In the end, the hotel had no results. I had a lot to do that day and originally wanted to check out and go to the hotel next door. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel again."

"The room's decor has a classic, elegant feel, and the air is fresh with good hygiene. The front desk service was excellent. The robot delivery for takeout was a convenient touch. The most convenient aspect was the free shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station; during the heavy rain on Dragon Boat Festival, the driver patiently waited for us. On the first day of our stay, the complimentary wontons were a pleasant surprise, and the front desk proactively checked in with us, which was very thoughtful. Although it's not in the city center, taxis are readily available, and shared bikes are also convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside was that the gym was a huge letdown compared to the pictures. The photos showed dumbbells and a squat rack, but when I got there, there were only treadmills and exercise bikes, so I couldn't get a proper workout in. Everything else was very satisfactory, and I would choose to stay here again in the future."
